During these sessions, employees engage in in-depth discussions centered around their respective work responsibilities, exploring topics from diverse perspectives. In the preparatory phase of compiling sharing materials, each employee approaches the task with the rigor of a scholar, delving deeply into professional knowledge to gain a more profound understanding of their work. The attitude of all staff toward the sharing sessions is commendable. They fully commit themselves, meticulously refining every piece of sharing material. Sales and procurement personnel from the Marketing Department share practical experience in work and market operations, covering topics from basic business etiquette to actual work processes such as foreign trade procedures, warehouse management, and negotiation strategies and techniques with suppliers; Quality Inspection Managers and R&D personnel present their insights using PowerPoint, striving to present the clearest logic and most intuitive charts; providing professional guidance and insights on various topics such as quality control strategies, LCD defect analysis, and LCM sample processes. Logistics personnel also provided in-depth explanations of export tax refund procedures and human resources administration work, sharing their professional knowledge, work insights, and experiences without reservation. The comprehensive and multi-layered business sharing sessions flowed like a surging tide, sparking waves of wisdom.
In the final session, General Manager Wang Xinyu shared his insights on “Management Principles,” prompting everyone to re-examine their work from a company management perspective, broaden their horizons, and gain a clear direction for future work.
